Unthinkit is owned and operated by Darwinian Angel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14715407.
References in these Terms to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Darwinian Angel Ltd.
1. What Unthinkit is
Unthinkit is a language-analysis and judgement-support tool designed to help you examine an AI-generated or other written answer, decide which checkpoints deserve further attention, and create a record of your review.
When you press UNTHINK, the text you supply is analysed using deterministic rules running in your browser.
Unthinkit is not a fact checker, truth detector, AI detector or professional advisory service. It does not determine whether an answer is correct, safe or reliable.
2. Using Unthinkit
The free Unthinkit service does not require an account.
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- attempt to interfere with, damage or disrupt the service;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or infrastructure;
- use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- use automated methods to abuse or place unreasonable demands on the service; or
- attempt to circumvent technical or security measures.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users or its infrastructure.
3. Your text
You remain responsible for and retain any rights you have in text that you choose to analyse using Unthinkit.
For the free UNTHINK scan, the answer and optional question you supply are processed locally in your browser.
If the experimental Look Deeper with AI feature is available, it has a separate disclosure and confirmation. Using it sends the original prompt and answer through Lovable AI Gateway to OpenAI under the processing arrangements described in the Privacy Policy. The local scan remains available without it.
Unthinkit does not claim ownership of that text.
By default, the UNTHINK review does not retain your answer, checkpoint decisions, judgement notes or Thinking Receipt after the active session. If you explicitly choose Save review on this device, the review is stored only in local browser storage on that device so you can resume it later. Your pasted text is not used to train foundation models or sold for advertising purposes.

4. Analysis results
Unthinkit uses deterministic rules to identify specified language patterns and evidence within the text you provide.
Its findings may be incomplete, context-dependent or incorrect.
A flagged pattern does not necessarily mean that the underlying statement is false, misleading or defective, and the absence of a flag does not establish that an answer is accurate, complete, safe or reliable.
You remain responsible for deciding which questions to keep, what judgement notes to add, whether to act on the Thinking Receipt and how much reliance to place on any result.
A Thinking Receipt is a record of your review choices. It is not a certificate, score, verification or guarantee that the source text is correct, complete, safe or reliable.
5. No professional advice
Unthinkit does not provide legal, financial, medical, academic, technical or other professional advice.
Where a decision carries significant consequences, you should use appropriate independent sources, expertise and professional judgement rather than relying on Unthinkit alone.
6. Intellectual property
The Unthinkit service, including its software, interface, methodology, rules, explanatory material and other content provided by us, is owned by Darwinian Angel Ltd except where otherwise stated.
UNTHINKIT® is a registered UK trade mark of Darwinian Angel Ltd, trade mark number UK00004405348, registered in Classes 9 and 42.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit protected elements of the service except where permitted by law or with our written permission.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of Unthinkit from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Unthinkit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Darwinian Angel Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Unthinkit.
Because the free Unthinkit service is provided without charge, you should not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions carrying significant financial, legal, professional or other consequences.
9. Third-party services and optional AI refinement
The Unthinkit website may rely on third-party hosting, infrastructure or links.
If you choose Continue with AI, Unthinkit prepares a refinement prompt locally. It may contain the complete source text, marked passages, Unthinkit questions and your judgement notes. Unthinkit does not transmit that prompt to an AI provider.
If you copy, paste or otherwise provide that prompt or a Thinking Receipt to another service, you do so under that service's own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing what you choose to share, particularly where the material is confidential, personal or sensitive.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
