How it works
Where reading becomes thinking.
Unthinkit combines selected machine-surfaced checkpoints, an optional human review of what remains and a Thinking Receipt of what you considered.
Same input. Same version. Same analysis. Your judgement.
UnthinkIT — Slow down to speed up.
Six steps
- 01
Paste an AI answer.
- 02
UNTHINKIT runs local deterministic analysis.
- 03
Selected explicit patterns become Worth another look checkpoints.
- 04
You decide whether those checkpoints matter.
- 05
Optionally enter U THINK IT to review the remaining passages using structural navigation.
- 06
Create a Thinking Receipt recording what you considered.
Unthinkit does not decide that a passage is wrong.
It does not fact-check the answer.
It does not promise to find everything that matters.
A thinking aid
Questions, not conclusions.
Unthinkit uses deterministic language patterns to decide where a pause may help and which coaching questions to offer. Those internal signals are question routers, not public diagnoses of the passage.
A question may be useful, irrelevant or already answered by context Unthinkit cannot see. You choose what to keep, what is not useful and what note to add.
The review runs locally without asking another AI to judge the answer. Within the same version, the same text receives the same analysis.
Optional human review
U THINK IT — human review stage reviews what remains.
Checkpoints are selective. U THINK IT lets you move through the rest of the original answer using structural tags for numbers, recommendations, comparisons, cause and effect, evidence, conditions and other passages.
Those tags organise the review. They are not risk ratings, findings or claims that a passage is wrong.
The stage is optional. You can create a Thinking Receipt directly after reviewing checkpoints, or after reviewing what remains.
Clear boundaries
Not a fact checker
Unthinkit does not compare the answer with external sources or decide whether it is true.
Not an AI detector
It does not try to decide who or what wrote the text.
Not a score
It does not rate correctness, safety, quality or reliability.
Not another chatbot
It does not replace the answer with a second generated answer.
Why deterministic?
Deterministic by design
Unthinkit runs locally using deterministic language patterns rather than asking another AI to judge the answer.
That keeps the core review private, repeatable and free. The trade-off is that Unthinkit will not find everything, and it may sometimes highlight something that does not matter in your context.
That is why the final judgement stays with you.

Independent, then compared
If the experimental Look Deeper with AI feature is enabled and explicitly confirmed, the AI examines only the original prompt and answer. It does not receive the local checkpoints. Its validated suggestions are compared afterwards, with possible overlaps labelled rather than silently removed.
This optional cloud route is separate from the free deterministic method. Declining it leaves the local analysis, U THINK IT and Thinking Receipt fully available.
Thinking Receipt
Keep a record of your review.
Your Thinking Receipt keeps the complete AI answer, the checkpoint state, the passages and questions you chose to keep, and any judgement notes you added.
It is a record of what you reviewed, questioned and decided. It is not proof that the underlying answer is correct or complete.
It also records whether optional U THINK IT review was not started, partially completed or completed. That status describes review activity, not answer approval.
If you choose to continue with AI, Unthinkit can prepare a whole-context prompt locally. Nothing is sent unless you choose where to paste it.
AI produced the answer. You produce the judgement.
